I went to this tractor supply to get dog food. I came home opened the bag and it was full of BUGS!! I took it back and the people were so rude. They said they are fighting an infestation of weevils. Wouldn’t do anything to make it right but get me my money back and complained about it.. Won’t be going back to this location
I visited this new Tractor Supply in September 2024. They had a small go-kart on sale that I bought for my daughter. However they didn't have any in stock so so they contacted the Tractor Supply another town about an hour away and found me another one. That was nice but what happened next was really going the extra mile. Deanne, a store employee, went with a company pickup and trailer and picked the go-kart up and delivered it to my home an hour away. Connor (or Conor?) was super helpful last night (Sep 17, 2024). I ordered a generator to ship to the store for pickup. It was 250lbs and I was wondering how I was going to get it into my SUV. Conner was an excellent fork lift operator and positioned it so it slid off the pallet into the back with little effort. He was careful to avoid my hatch -- smooth operation. TSC had the best price I could find on the Champion 12000watt duel/fuel generator, so I'm very happy.
Great place, lots of fun things and nice people
I ended up at the Rancho Murieta store because my local didn’t have the big ticket item I wanted. It’s heavy, and Deanne was super great with coordinating the pickup. Nice and helpful staff, I look forward to shopping here again.
