Wow! The customer service is phenomenal! Gunner took me through the store for my feed and Lisa turned me on the metal Christmas Rooster when I couldn't find the 5 ft one. I'm super happy and pleased with the kindness and customer service. I was personally greeted with a smile and hello from every single staff member that walked by. Greatly pleased and this is how customer service is supposed to be. Other stores need to take note
This place needs to get the geriatrics off the registers. Their brains don't work well enough to be running that.
Sheri Lynn deliver our 2 pallets of shavings was very professional and courteous. Our delivery arrived on time and in great condition no torn bags. We appreciate her professionalism and we love working with tractor supply in Chickasha. Also Joshua was the customer service person that assisted me in ordering my shaving he was absolutely amazing, very precessional and helpful. Keep up the good work guys.
