Bought a bag of cat food with the app for pickup got it this morning around 9 am opened it this afternoon and it was moldy and had maggots in it took it directly back up to the store the cashier lady tried to say we didn't get it there. Thankfully I had the receipts, the email and the order history on the tractor supply app so they replaced it with a new bag of cat food while my husband was getting the new bag of cat food in the store, I was talking to one of the other employees a young man and he said that other people have... read more
Ppl are always friendly, nice answers any questions you may have . We shop here regularly either for pet supplies, feed, or home decor . Or holiday shopping always find something & deals too. Haven't experienced any rude ppl in any of the tractor supplies . Great store .
