I normally have had decent experiences at this store, but when going to return something that had a warranty I was treated completely differently by not just an associate, but by the store manager. The cashier Kathleen is amazing, every customer service world needs her. While returning this item the store manager was accusing me openly of lying about the item not working and just wanting my money.
