I went into tractor supply a few days ago, I went to purchase a new utility trailer, the one I wanted they couldn’t find the title for, he asked if I wanted one of their other ones. I said are you going to discount it a little for the inconvenience, guy radioed his manager. Manager said no, then he said we can sell you the trailer with no title, he said you can contact the sheriff and they can check make sure it wasn’t stolen, then he said around two months I could get a title.
