I have never had such pleasure working out an issue I had with something I purchased before. The people at this store are incredibly respectful, they listened to my concern and resolved the problem. Jeff is so professional, and I would recommend this store any day! I wish I got the woman's name that I spoke with yesterday, she was also phenomenal. I may never return to the Vernon store again. Love Simsbury TS!!!!

Very finicky staff at this tractor supply. Specifically the manager and one of the guys who does the propane. The type that selectively enforces various tank regs (that no one else ever does), so you never know what to expect. Recommend going to a different tractor supply where they're much more reasonable and relaxed.
