I was very happy when this store opened because I use a lot of propane for my business, only to be extremely disappointed that they always have a problem or are out. For 20 years I have filled my tanks up in Fredericksburg, never once could they not do it. It's definitely this store...at least 10 times now that I have driven all the way there only to be turned away. Super unreliable!

I skip the big TSC’s because of Mike. I’ve lived here for 3 years and because of my farm’s needs and Mike’s willingness to always help, this is my go to store. The Fred store may have a larger selection, but Mike, is a huge factor in keeping my business. I’m not always available to stop in, but my wife has been in many times and he has helped without question. Mike shows how a small town customers should be treated. I must have a sensor that goes off and says go to tractor supply during the busiest time and ask for out of stock cat litter. No matter if it’s Monday before close or Saturday during a rush Mike from this store always makes it worth my effort to shop at this store. I could go anywhere to purchase cat litter but I’ll remain a customer for life as long as Mike =-) is your employee. He always goes out of his way to make sure I get the products I’m looking for. I had the BEST experience today, 08/30/25, at the TS in Ladysmith. Mike was the gentleman who helped me. Not once, not twice, but three times! I was having trouble finding the part I needed to fix my lawnmower. Mike, without seeing my lawnmower, going off of what I was telling him, was very helpful and super friendly! They say 3rd times a charm, and it's true. It was NOT his fault I had to return 3 times, I really wasn't sure what I needed, but ALL 3 times, Mike was friendly, understanding and patience. Prices are crazy high. Not a large selection of any particular thing. I just stop in here when I need some hardware for a project in a pinch. Carry my tail to fredicksburg for everything else.
