Found what I needed a friendly staff
Went to Tractor supply yesterday. Front checkout person very nice. I asked to get propane tank filled and was told to meet the guy outside. I took the empty tank out of my truck and sat it by the gate. He gave me a dirty look and told me to bring the tank to him. I didn't think I was supposed to go in the cage area of the propane. The General Manager has ZERO integrity, accountability and respect for customers and definitely how staff disregards consumers.
If i could rate it lower i would on customer service reason why: was in the store which states that its pet friendly and was in with a puppy getting stuff for the puppy and the puppy pooped on their floor so asked if they had paper towels and cleaner to clean the mess up my self since my animal and they told me that i was not welcomed in the store and my dog wasn't either. We have been shopping at this store for years and never had a problem with having animals in and out. I am pretty sure other animals have had accidents in... read more
