Purchased a gun safe in-store, and at the time of purchase we were told their forklift was down, so we’d need to come back the following day to pick it up. Not ideal, but fine. We returned the next day, they loaded the safe, and that’s when we noticed a dent in the top. We asked for a simple price adjustment due to the damage, which was completely reasonable.
