Super friendly people and for a small store they have a nice selection.
Friendly people, but sold us a trailer with the wires either chewed or run over; anyway, separated completely. Ended up doing repairs in the parking lot before driving it off the property. But, friendly people otherwise.
Came to the Tractor Supply in Houlton, Maine to fill my RV with propane while on a trip to Canada. Was told the tank had to be removed from the vehicle before they could fill the tank with propane. Obviously they do not have a clue what an RV is or how it works, but one does not remove a built in propane tank to fill it, especially when there is an external input valve made to facilitate filling the tank. Person in charge needs to have their responsibilities reevaluated as they are working above their capacity.
Checked store hours before leaving our house on Google said open until 8pm Sunday. Arrived at store at 7:05pm. Walked in with fiancée and dog through automatic doors. Saw one other customers immediately upon entering. Picked out dog food, walked across store to automotive area , 75 % of lights in the store shut off. We proceeded to front to check outs along with two other customers that were in the store. Was approached by associate who proceeds to tell us transactions can not be processed store closed at 7. Nothing on the website is ever correct when looking for in stock items. When you ask when an Item will be in stock an associate will lie and say tomorrow. It's never tomorrow, they never know when stuff is coming in.
