Employees rather chat with neighbors or friends than check out in a timing manner. When the line is all the way to the chicks in the back you should promptly open another register and not stop to talk to more friends. Manager was no help either. It’s a waste of time to thing you can run in and grab an item and expect to be out quick.
I placed an online order for in store delivery. I was charged for the order. The store couldn't find record of the order. The customer resolution center hung up on me after staying they could refund my money. I called back, a refund was no longer available. So my dog food won't be here for another 5 days. They won't refund and cancel order. Still no dog food.
The employees always greet us with smiling faces. The store is always kept clean and well stocked. It's never packed when we go. They have a large variety of goods here.
