Friendly knowledgeable staff. I came in for a log splitter. Staff was able to help right away. They asked me about my needs and recommended optional accessories without being pushy about it. I ended up getting the splitter plus the optional log catcher rails. They advised on safe transportation of the log splitter as well as pre operational checks that I should go through. Great job all.
