Terrible. Went there specifically because it said an item had 31 in stock. Went to aisle with an employee, none to be found. Asked them to check in back and they did not. They said it must be wrong. I asked what if someone ordered online with the store as pickup location, as it said pickup today (again because 31 in stock). Called in advance to check that their pet wash station was available, was informed it was. Drove an hour to get there, got there and the store manager was extremely rude and told me their pet wash wasn’t open because of short staffing and who ever I spoke you “ lied” wouldn’t have been as upset if she wasn’t so rude.
