Called in advance to check that their pet wash station was available, was informed it was. Drove an hour to get there, got there and the store manager was extremely rude and told me their pet wash wasn’t open because of short staffing and who ever I spoke you “ lied” wouldn’t have been as upset if she wasn’t so rude.
I had the worst experience ever last night at Tractor Supply! The manager, Faith was disgustingly rude to me! I bought a safe and there were 4 on the floor 2 of which had some scratches and dents so I asked the floor guy to see the safes in the middle. As he was making room and putting the ones in front aside she very rudely said what are you doing!?
