Always friendly people. Some items purchased dont last very long (rechargeable flashlights) but others (tools) do. Returns are never a hassle for my family as long as it is within a reasonable amount of time when it broke or stopped working.
I purchased an item from your Rawlings, Wyoming store. The customer service people were very helpful and the young lady (manager) referred me to Mike Teal who delivered it for us. Both were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be shopping there again. We had attempted to use Roadies Delivery and they never responded after several attempts to contact then.
Why is your propane literally a whole dollar more per gallon than others right down the road? The truth is everywhere I go (I travel full time in an RV) Tractor supply can be an asset, BUT their propane is always higher than everyone else. So are their chemicals and cleaners. If there is a hardware store nearby go there instead because their hardware is also more expensive than big box stores. It's all about price with these guys, no competition nearby then decent.
