I love over paying for my parts becouse the staff can't tell what size my pins are, and when I correct them I get attitude insisting the book says they are a larger diameter then they really are so I end up paying for the larger size that I did not get
Patrick S is a savior! I made an order for animal feed to be delivered same-day right before the holiday and unfortunately there had been a snow storm that came on after I had placed my order. Had I known Patrick would still deliver my feed at 840pm in the middle of a storm, I would have cancelled my order and got my lazy self out of bed. He went above and beyond, and was super nice. I am very grateful for him and his dedication to the job! My goats thank him!
