Creepy manager wouldn't let me and dog look at toys on her birthday. Said I was looking for glow ball.He said they didn't have it.But continued to stand way to close and make my dog uncomfortable. She just wanted to look at toys. He wouldn't leave the aisle so we could look. Very creepy. When I asked him to move so we could look. He just moved to end of aisle still being a creep. Won't be back.
Staff is friendly
Arrived for pet clinic. Went inside and was informed that the dog needed to wait in the car. I explained that we were shopping, she said I still needed to take the dog to the car, and walked away. I approached her to inform her that my dog is my service dog but she cut me off to explain, again, why the dog needed to be in the car. We were emailed a tractor supply coupon to our account. We tried to use it here. It was $10off. We had a purchase of $275. They wouldn’t let us use the coupon because we didn’t print the coupon. I have NEVER experience this before. I use to go here all the time. The manager even said it was a new store policy. Long story short. I will never go to this store location again. This store does not follow normal standards.
