Arrived 20 minutes before closing for propane and was refused because staff said they were “trying to close.” Manager confirmed they do not provide propane service after 7:30, despite the store being open until 8. It’s winter. People rely on propane for heat, especially RVs. If services end at 7:30, change your hours instead of wasting customers’ time. Dog wash station is pointless… One team member said I could use it, but then the Team manager wouldn’t let me use it because they had just cleaned it and didn’t want to have to clean it again.
I was wanting to let you guys know what an amazing manager you have working for you. So a week ago I found some jackets I was needing to get for some family member’s. The problem was you guys were out of stock for shipping. The only place that had the sizes and colors I needed were in Delta Utah. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are significantly lower than other places in town. Pets are allowed, which is cool for me. I can take my dog and not have to leave her outside. She can come in and shop with me.
