I bought a product and delivery online . It took me over a week to get a confirmed delivery date and time. TSC had to try three different stores Waller, Katy both had the item but damaged, so the day of delivery they decided they will be picking it up from the Sealy location. This store really needs a revamp from the new store manager and down. On several occasions I have encountered rude and disrespectful personnel not to mention being harassed about providing my number or signing up for a credit card. Today I visited the store to purchase some items. Employees were more concerned with internal drama than a customer requesting help. i'm a local who has shopped here for years but ever since the new store manager i hate coming in there. he always walks away when he sees us or he stands at the computer and ignores customers around him. when we were in there the other day he had a very bad attitude and we were not the only customers to comment on it.
Joelyn I hope I spelled her name right is amazing. Such great customer service, remembers us every time we come in. I always hope to have when we come in.
I love this particular tractor supply store. BUT miss the previous staff that worked there. The new staff that was there today NOT the same welcoming country vibe. Felt like I was shopping in Katy.
