Genuinely the best tractor supply I’ve ever been at. Cody was the most knowledgeable, and kind help I’ve ever had
TSC usually has helpful friendly staff. This store not so much. There were at least 5 employees in the store and not one said a word to me. There was a person at checkout when I entered but less than 5 minutes later when I went to check out none was around. Thankfully the self check was operational. I usually go to the store in Sealy and will definitely continue that to avoid Wallers TSC.
My Husband and I went to this location today and we had amazing service! Carlos helped us and he was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Carlos helped us find the item we wanted. After we found the item, he made sure they had a new one in a box in the back for us. He then helped my husband load our truck and get on our way. Thank you so much Carlos!
