I went here on Thursday and Lexi was the person who helped me! She was super friendly and you could tell she truly cares about the customers. This store has a GEM on their hand! Will return here because of her!
My experience at this tractor supply in Bowie, TX was by far the best. Lexi was so helpful and nice. Her customer service is amazing. Will definitely be back to this location.
Fantastic customer service. I came in today with intent to purchase a tractor. I was greeted by the Store Manager, Rachel who took the time to guide me throughout the entire process, asses all my questions & concerns, as well all letting me give it a ride. Aaron demonstrated tractor operation & happily guided me through more questions. Jaime assisted me with working through financing & checkout. Everyone there made me feel appreciated & valued. I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Thank you 🙏🏼
