Really impressed with how kind these people were-especially Kari. We spoke on the phone (after two previous similar stores had been super rude!) and she was super friendly. Then she helped us with chicks and ducks in store. She included my children, and made their day! Store was clean and organized as well. Great experience!

It is rare to come by employees who elevate a company. We came into this TSC after hours on the phone with customer service trying to place a large order for delivery. We were frustrated and needed human help--Kari S went above and beyond to resolve our problem. She spent over an hour making calls and trying to rectify the order.
