One day I will learn my lesson customer service just isn't something that this company strives for at all at a store level! The waco location is an absolute horror story so decided to give this location a try. we went in and purchased 5 chicks they were all very sickly when we got them home and put under a heat lamp they all 5 died within 4 hours of us getting them home took them back to the store and they just told us we were out $50 and there was nothing we could do, checked the website and it said we had 48 hours.
