This was a 5-star store. Not anymore. My mother was trying to get pellets for our grill. I was stuck on a phone call at work. She went there to get help getting a 20lb. Bag of pellets into her car, the cashier told her no and the staff all said they’d help her in 45 minutes. This isn’t customer service. TrueValue wouldn’t have done this! This store has lost my business.
