Bad employee service, never any help about product knowledge, calling the stores don't help none, I've called several times, and have let the phone ring for about 19 minutes, they never answer! When I go in, I see different faces all the time, 1 employee can never stay long enough to work there, this is one of the worst Tractor Supply stores that I have ever been in!!! An also no curtesy from the employees, they are rude!!!

I called twice,twice, with 1 single question and both times I was put on hold so they can check and I was left on hold until a automated machine picked up. What do you think, that we are just going to forget that we are sitting on the phone waiting on you? Ridiculous. *** I called the number and it was for options on existing tractor supply account holders. It didn't pertain to my situation at all and didn't help.
