We live in bedford PA our tractor supply does not sell jon boats, we traveled to clearfield which is 1 hour 30min away. We were looking at the 12 ft camo jon boat that is on sale and it had bad damage on it so we deceided to go to dubois which is another 30 min away. Their camo one also had damage so we went with a blue jon boat. We went in and bought it had it loaded but before we left we checked the paperwork inside of it. We buy all our farm supply here, we love it!
Stood at the customer service counter by the knives for a good 5 to 10 minutes. Was going to buy a Case but the two women working the counter were too busy having a conversation to ask me if I needed anything before they both walked away. Was never said hello to or asked if I needed anything. Terrible customer service and would have never let those two women work for me when I assistant manager I few years ago at another location.
