The Rindge NH store staff is wonderful but they never have what I need in stock. I can't understand why their automated ordering system doesn't see they run out of the current supply in a day or 2. It's xl pee pads 100 count and canned pro plan puppy food by the case. It clearly sells. Keep a stock of it please.
In 3 years going to this location I have never once had a bad experience. Today stood out among those good experiences because I went to other businesses in town after and none of them even came close in customer service. The location was short staffed this afternoon with one person on register and one employee helping everywhere else. But when I walked in the door the cashier turned and acknowledged and welcomed me in. With a line of at least eight people in front of him. Staff is friendly and helpful. My issue here often is I go here primarily for chicken feed and occasionally for lawn equipment maintenance products (chainsaw chain, oil, bar & chain oil) and water filters. Their stock in these items always seem to be low or out of stock and have to get alternative products. The feed is the biggest issue as I often have to get an alternative which is not what I drive there for. It says the product is in-stock online for in store pick up.
