Promised for days a delivery today. Their courier service roadies just never shows up. Why they use them is beyond me. Someone was supposed to follow up today and coordinate this but just finding out when I called the order is not coming this evening and they have no idea when it could be delivered. Someone in upper management should look into this issue
I had an online order it was a 70 pound hitch a girl with blonde hair I didn’t catch her name but she helped me order the hitch and load it into my vehicle she is a great employee. Also the gentlemen at the cash register was polite and welcoming. Great service!!!
