Been going here since it first FIRST opened, would’ve gave a 5 star review but tonight had the most inconvenient experience with the manager. I work late hours and came 30 minutes before closing to give my dog a quick bath. (I have came in the past at a similar time was never an issue). I tend to be about 20 minutes long and leave little to almost no mess, the manager informed me I couldn’t wash my dog because they had already cleaned the pet station. We have had great experience every time we visited the Hollysprings location. The employees are very friendly and they inform us of what is on sale. We love the small-town customer service we receive.
Went inside and asked for a propane bottle to be filled up. There were three employees at the register laughing and having a good time. One was texting on phone. One said she would be right out. Left after waiting 15 minutes for them to come out. Poor customer service.
