The big grump seems so miserable to be there. I like the convenience of TSC being nearby, but I don’t deserve that. I feel unwelcome here so I’ll drive to Easton or somewhere besides the Cambridge store.

We stopped by the TS in Cambridge Md around 8 pm to wash our dog. The manager, Cody was welcoming and friendly. The dog wash station was fully stocked with everything we needed. We really love it that TS has the dog wash stations! Thank you!
I normally come to this store and am very satisfied with the employees. Today not so much. As I was paying for my purchases I told my husband to go ahead and take the huge bag of dogfood he was holding out to the car I was told by a woman named Megan he couldn't until I payed for it. Which keep in mind I was paying for it. Then my husband asked her a question and her reply was a very snippy. "No clue" as I said I love this store. But never have I been treated so rudely. Management is poor,childish and their employees are less than stellar individuals who cuss and are inappropriate. But hey I mean I guess that's great customer setvice!
