The tractor supply in Jena, LA is one of the worst i have ever been to. For starters my husband worked for the company for a year. Used to be at the Farmerville, LA location but we moved so he transferred to Jena, LA. His one year comes up and he put in for his vacation because I am going on deployment for the company i work for and the acting manager Sarah Ainsworth denied it. Said his missed too many days. Great place to shop and 9 times out of 10 is very friendly customer service l, and also a very good company to work for.
I spoke with the manager Victoria in Jena over the phone this morning and she was very rude with regards to our business and organizing events.
