We went to store to purchase a lawnmower we had already pre approve credit card. McKenna was extremely helpful with getting purchased completed. Bill was extremely helpful with allowing us to have one that was already put together instead of having to wait an hour. However, John does not need to be an employee. He was rude to staff and us when inquiring about purchase. He walked off without providing help. He does not need to be in customer service.
