The posted closing time is 7pm on Sunday. I drove 30 minutes to get what I needed at TSC in Jamestown for me to find the door locked and the cashier to look at me and not even acknowledge me standing at the door at 6:48pm. I would have been in and out in 5 min or less. Absolutely pathetic and poor business practice. I will drive the extra distance and go to Crossville next time in hopes that they actually honor their posted hours of operation.

The store usually has pretty much everything we need and its close by which is a bonus. Today's experience however, was rather disconcerting. We were checking out and the young male cashier was loudly talking on his phone WHILE we were being served. It was quite obvious he was making plans for a side job while doing a pretty crappy job of doing the job he was at! Bought at the beginning of mowing season used it once the key that keeps the string head from spinning on the shaft was not installed as soon as the bolt loosened a little it started spinning on the shaft I repaired that and on the second use the bolt that holds the string head on broke off in the shaft had to order new shaft and bolt still waiting on the shaft. Mowing season is almost over and only got to use it twice. Not happy with my purchase at all.

I drove over an hour to the Jamestown store because they were the only one that had the tiller I wanted in stock. Jordan is the best. She was very helpful and friendly. You should be proud to have her on your team. Will definitely visit them.again if I'm in the area. Can't say enough good things about Jordan.
