I am a regular customer of this store, and I always receive the best customer service. They always great me with a smile and know me by name. The store is always well organized and stocked. Amir & Willy are always super helpful and happy to assist me with all my needs. Love this store!
Emporia Kansas. I was well received by Associate Amir Bey. Very polite. Super helpful. I worked many years in a retail setting and this is the gentleman you want representing your brand name TSC. Filled up my propane. Fixed me up with some chain. It really made my windy day to meet Amir Bey. Thank you.
I bought a 6-foot rooster that we were trying to dismantle to fit in my van. Employee Amir came up to us in the parking lot and offered assistance, loaning us his pliers and helping us get it in the van. The Mexican man next door was peddling his tamales and told Amir that he can pay him next week, then Amir came to my van window and gave me one, since I had never had one before! He not only gave us great customer service, but he also shared his supper with us! Super-nice guy!
Used the superchargers outside. Their bathrooms are VERY clean!! Also have a changing table in them! Great stop!
