Brought 3 pups and stool sample in for final shots 3.5 months old and denied rabies shot as per Eboni, it was Veterinarian Sarah Rhoades who denied me service saying puppy must be 4 months old - yet per law, shot must be done by 4 months. Waste of time and will never walk in this location again.
Waited in store an hour to hear from Eboni that veterinary Sarah Rhoades denied rabies for 3.5 month old puppy yet min age is 3 months and must be done by 4 months. Waste of time and money. Will never drive to this location again. Hannah and Eboni tried helping, and last time using services, the birthdates changed in records without prompt and I had to call to get them fixed. Store worker Hannah did end up buying one of the puppies.
Very helpful and will get the answers if they don't already know.
Alexia and Bob are amazing they were awesome showing me gun-safes around the store, and bought me a nice one!!!
