2 years ago, I left a glowing review; but now I'm here to edit. First, I will say that our Tractor Supply in Trenton, GA has very nice people. This isn't their fault. 2 times I have placed an order and it was canceled for no reason, however, this one was super important. I was waiting on a turnout coat before some crazy cold weather hitting the South. It was supposed to be there on Thursday. Friday night, they said it was canceled. No reason, nothing. Today my husband and I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the employees. It was an older gentleman who had a very rude demeanor. I asked him a question and he had a rude response. He ended his rude comment with “I’m busy with other customers.” I was very shocked with that attitude and just walked away. Other than that most of the employees are helpful.
I just read the announcement regarding the “folding” of Tractor Supply to the right wing of the political spectrum. I love our store in Trenton and their service is phenomenal. I am a regular customer and own a small farm. IF Tractor Supply quits supporting diversity and inclusion of all people, I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so. Whoever made such a decision needs to be fired. Will be watching.
