This is one of the most rudest unprofessional Tractor Supply I’ve ever stepped foot in. Jimmy was RUDE all around the board. I work in customer service and this is not how you conduct business. This was my 2nd time in this location and I will not be back. I was going to invest a lot of money in this location but my business will be either at Hartwell or Anderson SC. I called about a certain kind of cat medicine last Saturday to see if they could look before I come in store to see if they even had it in stock and Jimmy put me on hold then just hung the phone up eventually without letting me know anything like that’s terrible customer service.
I went to tractor supply today to get my cat a rabies shot at their mobile pet vet clinic. When I pulled up my cat escaped and lodged itself up in the wheel of a truck. Tractor supply employee Russell Lutz stopped what he was doing and helped me try and retrieve my cat and get him unstuck. He noticed the truck was his manager’s so he called her to come out. I will forever give TS a 5 star because of Russell Lutz! He goes above and beyond every single time we come in! He kept a check on my rewards so I could use it for our new safe!! He is always so happy and eager to help in anyway whatsoever!! We love Russell!!!
