I didn’t get her name and i should have. My boyfriend and i just stopped in there for PVC glue. Shes got a tattoo on her face, dark hair with some hair missing/ bald spot, she also had glasses. i have NEVER had an issue with ANY TSC. This location, worst experience ever. The staff is great but the management is terrible. There always out of product can't use same day deliveries.

Went in today for a 6 foot wire mesh gate. Asked to speak with the manager who never even said one word to me as a customer. She never even acknowledged me standing there and was literally no help at all. She does not know how to be a store manager and should not have ever been promoted to that spot if she doesn’t know how to even have a customer interaction.
