Don't get me wrong the guy who works in the back he's freaking awesome but the people that they have working the cash register are useless. They have a huge sign up there that says if you're not satisfied or you know been trying to satisfy the customer since 19 something you would think that when I complain about something or say hey this is screwed up they might say okay let's do something about that not okay your total is XYZ no acknowledgment nothing.
Ask them if their bathroom is out of order still
This is my go to place when I come to town. Good staff has always been helpful acknowledgeable. But when I have something more complicated to ask, I ask rich, he usually has the answer I need. Good place to shop
