Terrible Customer Service from the manager— not only did she have us on the phone making calls back and forth between her and customer service for 30-45 minutes but she was completely rude. Instead of her getting on the phone she continued to talk in the background to me through one of her employees (who had not a clue- I don’t fault him at all. He tried his best). I asked if they had shower heads one employee said yes in the back and i said are you sure i didnt see them he said yes so i looked again and asked a different employee cause no one would help and he said they didnt sell them. Horrible staff overpriced and tacky

Bridget went above and beyond to assist me when I visited the store. She is so courteous and very knowledgeable at her job. She is the definition of the “model employee”

After waiting all day and understandable I called to and was told lp gas had been delivered I explained I had called all day and was so happy to now be able to bring my 100 lb tank to get filled as I have done several times at this location you can surly understand that after driving from Millport how I felt when the lady looked at me after I unloaded my tank and said we don't fill 100 lb tanks in front of several other customers that agreed they to had filled those tanks that I had purchased from them my family now freezing... read more
