AFTER TURNING RIGHT AT ORTHODONTICS SIGN IMMEDIATELY TURN RIGHT INTO PARKING LOT. DO A DRIVERS SIDE MANUEVER TO LINEUP WITH PLATFORM DOCK BY YELLOW POLES. Terrible Customer Service from the manager— not only did she have us on the phone making calls back and forth between her and customer service for 30-45 minutes but she was completely rude. Instead of her getting on the phone she continued to talk in the background to me through one of her employees (who had not a clue- I don’t fault him at all. He tried his best). I asked if they had shower heads one employee said yes in the back and i said are you sure i didnt see them he said yes so i looked again and asked a different employee cause no one would help and he said they didnt sell them. Horrible staff overpriced and tacky

Bridget went above and beyond to assist me when I visited the store. She is so courteous and very knowledgeable at her job. She is the definition of the “model employee”
