We were trying to buy chicks and anytime we called, the workers were evasive as to when they would get a shipment. My husband called and they said they had them, but failed to tell him they had to keep them for an hour before they would be 'for sale'. Really bad customer service, all around.
I ordered an 8ft kayak today online for a pick up in store in New London. Got an alert almost immediately that my order was ready for pick up! Thought that was great! Sent my husband on the almost hour long ride hours later to go pick it up. He got it home and it’s FILTHY. (Guess that’s what I get for sending my husband who didn’t think to say anything about it at the time of pick up) but clearly it was sitting outside for a long time…which is fine.
