THE absolute worse store. I don't know about the other ones but Shawano is a joke. Did an online order to pickup in store and they cancelled the order. The item I ordered stated it was in stock but apparently their website is wrong.
Kevin helped me order a product I was looking for and it was shipped free to my house. We went to 3 tractor Supplies before and no one said they could do this! Thank you Kevin!
Went to the Rental department. Because my Mother called me saying that she could Not physically pick up items she Rented, from her vehicle and bring it in to Return the items. And that the Man that was There, said He Could NOT because He was the Only person there. Older Man, 70's maybe. When I got there, Not only was the items Not heavy but He Was Not Alone AT ALL! THERE WAS NO REASON HE COULDN'T HAVE STEPPED OUT THE DOOR TO HELP A DISABLED OLD WOMAN!
The cashier was so rude she got mad I said scan my tax exempt first she acted offended to follow instructions
