Management has changed, so I am willing to give this location another try Although, most of the employees are really great,, we have stopped shopping here. We get our supplies elsewhere. The manager, Ryan (I think), needs to be trained in customer service. A class in manners for him would probably be a good investment for the company as well.
I have a large dog rescue in Randolph County. We use TSC ALOT. All of the employees go over and above to make sure we are always taken care of. Brent especially, drops what he is doing to help me with produc or even help me decide on how to build something I'm needing. I wouldn't trade any of them from another store. The Roanoke location and the employees are by far THE BEST!
