When arriving, there was a sign on the door stating no propane. I was also there to get some trailer parts, the front cashier got me with Pam, and she took back to the area where I needed to be. Not only did Pam, showed me where the parts were, she was trying to find out when they would propane. After she started asking questions, she actually found out they had propane, but the night before didn’t have enough staff to provide propane service. Honestly the propane was the only reason I came. If i could make it negative i would, I ordered 4 outdoor dog kennels from tractor supply, upon arrival before the 4 foot pallet for a 10 foot panel was off loaded you could clearly see lots of damage, noted to the paperwork that XPO service delivering product. Upon further inspection i found where there were several damaged panels in the middle of the stack which to me indicating a deliberate action to hide the damage. Great shopping experience
Our go-to Tractor Supply for nearly everything we need for our animals. Occasionally they will be out of stock of this or that, but the Monroe location isnt too far away and serves as a good backup. The customer service there is excellent and always ready to assist if needed.
