Kaitlyn at Campbellsville KY store was VERY helpful. She researched a birdhouse gourd system for us and wanted to assist us in our purchase.
I usually have mediocre experiences at this TSC but wanted to leave a review after purchasing 6 chicks from them. I lost one which is to sometimes be expected with baby chicks. Something that’s not expected is when I purchase 6 females to come home with what ended up being two roosters and one of the chickens not even being the breed I purchased. It was the first time purchasing chicks from here and will be my last. I’ve never had this issue from any other store.
Went in to get some chicken feed and was assisted by someone named Lib, had wonderful customer service skills, was super polite to me, even complimented my outfit! Had an overall wonderful experience and definitely plan to return.
