Except for Shannon, all employees are generally nice and helpful. Shannon is extremely rude on multiple occasions, beyond belief. I've worked Customer service for 25yrs plus and would never be so disrespectful, pretentious. While I was speaking with Colton at customer service regarding her lack of respect, she was ignoring line of customers while watching what transpired at desk. Called in about a zero turn cub cadet st2 and the woman told me they had it on sale for $2499. Naturally thats a good deal so I drove there from walmart (5minuts) waited at customer service (10minuts) was greeted by a rude old woman who tells me they have no sales and tells me I didn't talk to any women there. She suggests that I called the wrong store so I went to my truck and dialed the number from my call log. The same old woman answers and tells me I didn't talk to any femal in her store.
