I usually have a pleasant experience while shopping at TSC but today I tried to return some mirrors I bought back in the last part of March. They were in the original packaging and they didn’t work for me. I had put them in my back seat intending to return them and had forgotten about them. Online said 1 bad boy and 1 cub cadet available for purchase. Bad boy that was shown as available was in a crate and needed authorized assembly. Cub cadet would not move so that I could even purchase and put in my trailer. Fired up and engaged blades but store manager and tech could not get it to engage the drive train. Afternoon wasted. Look elsewhere.
I came into this store to give my dog a bath, but I forgot his leash. Cayce the “ store manager” made me leave. I live 20 minutes away so it wasn’t like I could just run home and grab it quick. Looks like Cayce could have offered to let me borrow a leach but instead she made me leave! I’ve been a customer at this store since it opened but I will never shop there again!
