Nanci was extremely rude to my mother. She accused my elderly mom of trying to steal from them when she was just trying to get the discount that was pictured on the shelf, talked about her to other customers, and left her own customers unattended to harass my mother. She then told her not to come back. Very unprofessional.
I had a series of unfortunate events in the area with my camper. Lori was very helpful it was close to closing time and she made it an easier experience and i just wanted to say thank you.
