Very nice staff
Tractor supply itself is a fine store the Middlefield, ohio branch is worthless. Customer service is non existent. Needed help with a duplicate receipt. Called ahead of time to see if they could help when I purchased at another store. They said yes. When I got there they couldn't help me. I called another store, they found the information right away. I do not recommend the Middlefield Tractor supply.
A great country store! Always willing to help you, the self serve dog wash is clean and always ready to use! Can get your farming needs! Definitely will return!
We had a little trouble, initially, with a large item delivery purchased at this location. But -- management sent Matt out, and he was very kind and helpful. Problem solved. Thanks guys!
Nothing in stock that shows it’s in stock online. Waste of time. Go to any other store.
