Very nice and helpful staff
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never been treated so poorly my a staff member who knew so little about what they were talking about out! “Katie” went as far as to tell me I needed to watch my attitude after it was pointed out that not only was she wrong but she double charged sales tax! This store and its management structure needs a serious overhaul and some understanding of what they’re doing. Furthermore to tell me that they had no clue what state I resided in upon selling me a trailer … she was holding my drive... read more
Allie was so so amazing in helping us find a new cat tree!!! She is so kind and made us laugh a lot! We can’t wait for our cat kids to see their new gift<3
