Drove from St Charles to this location to buy a specific Utility trailer. Staff couldn't have been any nicer and more accommodating! It was a very easy purchase. The icing on the cake was as we were leaving, the manager came up with a pin to help hold the trailer on the ball. He gave it to us without hesitation. My son even commented that it was really nice of him to think of it as we were leaving. I would highly recommend anyone shopping at this store. Customer service at its finest here! Thank you! Mark
My wife recently purchased through online hay for our animals. Such bs. To give wet hay to us like this? It’s as if you want us to make our goats sick and die. Do not ever purchase your hay products from here. The whole thing was mushy and we lost a girl from wet food.
