I would love to give a shout out to Dave. This morning we took our dog to the store right as they opened for some training. My dog is reactive and we are really working on training with her. Dave went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and really helped with her exposure plus gave us some great tips! The morning went great!
They never answer their phones, the customer service is non existent and they aren’t even aware of the products they carry. I called to confirm they had large breed puppy dog food in stock and after explaining to the girl 3 times what I needed she was still confused so I walked into the store myself to find the shelf stocked with what I needed. The one thing they have going is it’s closer than all the pet stores.
Really helpful and nice staff. Good selection of items.
Website doesn’t respond to your search . Example, asked for a 25 watt high intensity bulb for desk lamp . Received pictures of outside lighting .
